Physical Education at Hiawatha/Piper School

 

All Students at Hiawatha/Piper School participate in a quality Physical Education Program.  P.E. classes are held two days a week for thirty minutes.  The students are able to practice a wide range of activities promoting fitness, and the development of lifetime skills.  Such activities include football, soccer, fitness testing, dance, basketball, volleyball and much more.

 

5 ways to be a fit kid

1.  Eat a variety of foods, especislly fruits and vegetables
2.  Drink water and milk most often
3.  Listen to your body, when your full stop eating
4.  Limit T.V. time
5.  Be more active
